DESCRIPTION
A modern, light filled home with spectacular views of the Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular. Living spaces and two bedrooms overlook Jervis Bay with beach front access (at the bottom of the yard). Other features include outdoor showers, two water facing decks, two large, ocean facing living spaces (up and down) and a private BBQ area.
LOCATION & VIEWS
Collingwood Beach is on your doorstep with water views of Jervis Bay and Point Perpendicular. Walk across the road to Vincentia Shopping Village with Coles, Vincentia Butcher, two bottle shops, two bakeries, Hope’s Chemist, ATMs, a selection of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. There is a walking path from Huskisson to Vincentia right on your doorstep. If you like to explore, there are walking tracks from Greenfields Beach through to Hyams Beach.

LINEN SUPPLIED
For your convenience, linen is supplied for all beds (only) and includes: sheets and pillow slips, pillows, doona and doona covers, a spare blanket, bath towels (up to 11), 2x bath mats, 1x tea towel.

TARRIFS
Low Season - $450 per night (strictly 2 night min)
High Season - $910 per night (strictly 7 night min over Christmas/ New Year, otherwise 3 nights min)
Cleaning Fee - $450 per booking
Linen Hire Fee - $240 per booking
NB> Please be aware that third party booking sites (Airbnb, VRBO etc) will charge you a Reseller Fee. So it's best to book directly with the Agent.
AMENITIES
• Kitchen: Cooking basics, dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, BBQ utensils.
• Bathrooms: Two in total with showers, vanities, toilets, NO BATH, hairdryer, limited soap, shampoo/ conditioner and toilet paper.
• Laundry: Washing machine, dryer, external clothesline & pegs, iron and ironing board.
• Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioner on each level, portable fan/s and heaters.
• Outdoor Space: Large outdoor BBQ area with an outdoor table, chairs and lounge, deck on upper level overlooking the water with additional occasional seating, landscaped gardens and an outdoor shower.
• Access/Dangers: Internal and external stairwells, timber balustrades, no fencing (ocean side).
• Parking: Driveway space for 3 or 4 cars. Please don’t park on the neighbour’s lawn.
• Pets: are permitted externally ONLY but be aware, the yards are not fully enclosed. Please advise the office before booking if you intend on bringing a pet.
• Additional Features: WIFI, digital television, smoke alarm/s, first aid kit, fire-extinguisher.
PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
• This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that do not respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and security deposit.
• If we get a complaint from a neighbour (they have instructions on what to do if they suspect a party), the police or one of our employees and we can corroborate that claim (in any way), you will lose your full security deposit - no questions asked.
• If you are planning a party or feel that your fellow guests will be a noisy group, with due respect - please look elsewhere.
INTERNET
• This property has access to NBN, although we do occasionally have issues which can take some time to rectify. Where internet is advertised, we do our best to keep it online, however, please understand that problems with the internet are beyond our control.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
• Wherever possible, we will contact you the day before to offer early arrival and/or late departure.
• If you don’t hear from us, we ask that you don’t arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking (where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm we will let you know that you can check in early).
• Departure is strictly 10am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guest.
STANDARD INCLUSIONS
• Full Linen. The beds will come with a mattress protector, pillows/ protector/ pillow slip, a doona with cover and a spare blanket typically kept at the foot of the bed.
• The kitchen has basic pots, pans and utensils that you are likely to need. There is ‘Spray and Wipe’, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dishcloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like cling wrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
• We do not provide toiletries. Bathrooms will typically be supplied with a floor mat and a limited supply of soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ toilet paper.
• There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
• A cot, highchair and collapsible baby bath are available at no extra cost.
• If you find something that you would expect to have at your holiday home is missing, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it.
